1. We come to your home and clarify your personal needs. Explain to you from our side how we can help you and explain our services. We record all the data for a market value assessment of your property

2. Signing of a sales and marketing contract

3. Creation of sales documentation

4. Development of specific marketing measures for your property / apartment

5. Managing the sales process including visits and on-site support

6. Management of the reservation agreement  and commissioning the notary's office  to create the sales contract

7. On request, support with the notarization of the purchase contract
